Tipster Ratings
SBC Tipster Ratings & Hall of Fame
To help you keep track of all the current tipster services we monitor and report upon, in each SBC Tipster Profit Report PDF we produce a Tipster Ratings Table for both Sports Betting and Horse Racing. Through this you can also find out which services are in our Tipster Hall of Fame.
You can access the latest edition of each Tipster Profit Report magazine in PDF format via our magazine download page.
Once downloaded, at the start of each edition, you will find either a Overall table alongside designated Horse Racing and Sports Betting Tipster Ratings Tables. You can then use this to ensure you are fully updated with our thoughts on each tipster – especially vital in the fluid world of betting.
Each edition contains a list of the Horse Racing and Sports Betting services, which we have reviewed in full in a past SBC edition, a description of them and the current SBC rating awarded to them (a scale ranging between 1 and 5). You can also see at a glance which services are offering a discount.
In addition to this you can also find an individual review link for each service, which when clicked takes you through to a unique key facts page we keep for them on this website (more about this later on).
The Tipster Rankings – Our Hall of Fame
Each tipster is judged on a range of measures including profitability, practicality, reliability, customer service, longevity, odds availability and our own confidence in them. Those services highlighted in blue are those we recommend as part of our Hall of Fame – our list of which we consider the best horse racing and sports betting tipsters. We still very strongly recommend that you read up about any service on their key facts page and check its suitability for you prior to joining. Not every tipster in our Hall of Fame will always be suitable (for example due to bet release time or workload of following).
Below is an example table taken from a recent SBC magazine of our tipster ratings table (please note, this table is used for illustrative purposes only).
Listed is the service name, description, our rating (out of 5), details on any SBC saving and a link through to each services key facts page on the website.
Hall of Fame Services
Any service in our Hall Of Fame (HOF) section has been fully proofed by us as a genuine, professional and above all profitable service. We make assessments based on first hand experience that we have made a profit using them and where we see no obvious reason why these profits won’t continue in the short to medium term.
However we cannot guarantee that these services will show a profit every month or that they will continue to show profits in the future. Sometimes, for whatever reason even genuine services come off the boil and no longer warrant inclusion in the Hall of Fame. That said we would rather put money on something that has performed in the past than something that hasn’t.
We are not suggesting you join all the services in the HOF. Our aim is to present you with a short list for you to pick and choose from to suit your individual circumstances. Some services will be more suitable than others and it is your responsibility to ensure that if you do join a service, you are aware of all aspects of how they operate. To help you further with this – we also keep individual key facts pages on each of the services we have reviewed in the past and continue to monitor.
Individual Service Key Facts Pages
Each of the tipsters listed in our tables (as illustrated in the table above) we keep a full key facts page for. You can find the link either by searching for them on the A to Z listing or clicking it directly from the tipster ratings table in each magazine.
These individual key facts pages contains the service’s full details and the complete SBC ratings on everything from customer service, risk to odds availability. As the world of tipsters is very fluid, we recommend you use these individual SBC key facts pages for all the latest information on any given tipster.
