A Day To Remember For EWV Followers!
Published in Uncategorized[member] Yesterday (Thurs the 19th) was one of those days we won’t forget in a long while at SBC towers as our Each Way Value System picked up 3 outstanding winners.
Our first bet of the day – Galtymore Lad (18/1) was pipped into 2nd in the first race at York, but we didn’t have to wait much longer to go one better. The highlight of the day then soon followed when our next selection – Brushing won for members at 33/1 advised in the 4.05 at York.
We were still celebrating when in the following race at York, our next selection – Monsieur Joe also won his race, this time at 14/1. It didn’t end there though as our final 2 bets of the day went in the 7.20 at Epsom, where Ahlawy won at 12/1 to round off the kind of day we all dream of!
5 bets, 3 winners, 1 placed and a total profit of 36.5 pts from just 5 pts staked in one day. Our estimations suggest that we cost the bookies anywhere upwards of £70,000 from our selections yesterday!
Double Decker Buses
Prior to this outstanding day, the Each Way Value system was enjoying a mixed month for August. We had a good first 6 days of the month where it made 10.10 pts profit but between the 9th and 18th it actually lost 10.67 pts leaving it down just -0.57 pts for the month overall.
True to form though, like London Double Decker Buses, 3 winners came at once and have completely changed the complexion of the month. August now stands 35.93 pts in profit from just 35 pts staked and a ROI of 102.67%.
Of course, not all days will be like this and we may only get 1 or 2 in total like this in any given year for a low strike-rate, high odds system like Each Way Value.
It actually only has a win rate of around 6.8% (around 1 in every 14.7 bets) while roughly another 20% go onto place. As you can imagine with a strike-rate like that it does require patience at times – although ultimately the rewards are well worth it
2010 Performance
The goal with Each Way Value is to make around 100 pts profit each year and in 2008 and 2009 it made 87.12 and 108.27 pts respectively. This year we have already reached the magic 100 pt marker (104.24 pts to be precise) so it looks like being a bumper season!
